Job Description

We are seeking a confident, well-groomed, and customer-focused Front Desk Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should be thorough with spoken English, computer savvy, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities efficiently. Freshers with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and eagerness to learn are most welcome.

As a Front Desk Executive, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and patients, playing a key role in delivering a warm, professional, and seamless front-office experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors, patients, and clients in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Handle front desk operations including check-ins, inquiries, and appointment coordination.
  • Answer incoming calls, respond to queries, and route calls appropriately.
  • Maintain patient records, appointment schedules, and front office documentation.
  • Manage basic administrative tasks and support the operations team.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow.
  • Ensure cleanliness, organization, and professionalism at the front desk.
  • Handle walk-in inquiries and assist in conversions.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • 0–5 years of experience (Freshers are encouraged to apply).
  • Graduate in B.A / B.Com / B.Ed.
  • Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
  • Well-groomed, presentable, and professional personality.
  • Computer savvy with good knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong multitasking ability with quick handling of multiple tasks.
  • Eager to learn, proactive, and solution-oriented attitude.
