We are seeking a motivated, confident, and enthusiastic Telecaller with 2–5 years of prior experience in the same industry (healthcare/skin/medical/aesthetic) to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 2–5 years of prior experience as a Telecaller in the same industry is mandatory.
• Excellent spoken English and strong communication skills.
• Experience in healthcare / skin clinic / aesthetic / medical industry is highly preferred.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build quick rapport and trust with customers.
• Good listening skills with the ability to understand customer needs.
• Basic computer proficiency and CRM handling experience preferred.
